Steven, out of the house by his girlfriend Robin at cause of their problems as a couple, went to live in a new apartment. In the new house lacks cable television, Steven then calls the company that sends him Chip, the installation technician. Chip install the service and shows a bit 'pushy trying to become friends with Steven and forcing it to several outputs together to become a suffocating presence, Steven, who, unable to bear more, he decided to close the new friendship.
